Oculus Proxies ("us", "we", "our", "Oculus" or "Oculus Proxies") reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer refunds for subscriptions canceled according to the refund policy. Bandwidth usage can be monitored at any time through the Oculus dashboard.
1. Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of the original payment transaction. 2. The total bandwidth usage for the active subscription must be below 50MB at the time of the refund request.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to report any issues, concerns, or problems with the service within the 5-day refund window. Failure to do so may result in losing eligibility for a refund.
Refund requests that do not meet the stated conditions-such as being submitted after 5 days or after using more than 50MB of bandwidth-will be denied. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse any and all refund requests.
If you encounter any issues with receiving or accessing our products, we encourage you to contact our support team. If we determine that an error occurred on our part in delivering the product, a refund or credit will be issued accordingly.
